What We Offer

  • Let us handle your everyday laundry—washed, folded, and ready to wear. Choose from scented, hypoallergenic, or eco-friendly detergents for a fresh, gentle, and sustainable clean.

  • Prefer air-drying your clothes? Select our hang-dry service for delicate garments, using your own hangers for extra care.

  • Do you have an oversized comforter or bedding that needs special care? Our washers are designed to accommodate large items, ensuring even the biggest linens come out clean and fresh.

  • Running a business and need cost-effective linen cleaning with no obligations? Contact us via email for a personalized quote!

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

What We Don’t Offer

At this time, the following items CANNOT be serviced through our mobile laundry service:

  • Pillows & cushion

  • Curtains & drapes

  • Sofa or furniture covers

  • Area rugs & small carpets (Non-Machine Washable)

  • Sleeping bags

  • Pet beds

  • Hemp or specialty “grow” garments

  • Clothing requiring special care

  • Wedding gowns

  • Costumes & cosplay outfits

  • Hats and headwear

  • Shoes & footwear

The following services are NOT currently offered through our mobile laundry service, but we hope to expand and include them in the near future:

  • Garment ironing

  • Clothing steaming

  • Professional dry cleaning

Our Process

At Clean Slate Mobile Laundry, we make laundry simple, convenient, and hassle-free. Whether it’s everyday clothing, delicate items, or large household linens, our team treats every piece with care and attention.

  • Wash & Fold: Get your everyday clothes clean, fresh, and neatly folded—ready to wear.

  • Hang-Dry for Delicates: Items that need extra care maintain their shape, texture, and longevity.

  • Bulky Item Cleaning: Sheets, blankets, comforters, and MACHINE-WASHABLE ONLY rugs are carefully cleaned, coming back fresh, and ready to use.

When filling out your service request, you’ll be able to describe the items you’d like cleaned. Options include Clothing such as everyday clothes; Linens & Bedding like sheet sets, blankets, duvet covers, and oversized comforters; and Other Household Items including towels and MACHINE-WASHABLE ONLY rugs. This helps us provide the most accurate and efficient service for your laundry needs.

Every item is handled with care, so you can start fresh with a clean slate and enjoy laundry that’s fresh, folded, and ready to use.

We’ll help you choose your preferred detergent and confirm any details.

Just have your laundry ready in a standard 13-gallon bag, and we’ll take care of the rest—wash, dry, fold, and return it fresh and ready to wear.

We Pick It Up

On your scheduled day, we will arrive at your home to collect your laundry—on time, friendly, and ready to handle your items with care.

Please ensure your laundry is properly bagged according to our guidelines, so we can provide the safest and most efficient service.

Wash & Dry

Once we collect your laundry, it’s taken to a trusted local laundromat where every item receives careful attention:

  • Sorted by Color & Fabric Type: Lights, darks, and delicate items are separated to prevent fading or damage.

  • Washed to Your Preference: Your chosen detergent is used for a clean that meets your standards.

  • Gentle on Fabrics: Cold water washing helps maintain colors and the life of your clothing.

  • Customized Drying: Items are dried on medium heat. If requested, hang-dry is an option.

Folded & Delivered

Once clean, we handle every item with care to ensure it’s returned in perfect condition:

  • Folded or Hung to Perfection: Your clothes and linens are treated according to your preferences to maintain shape, fabric quality, and appearance.

  • Securely Packaged: Each order is carefully bagged and sealed for safe, clean delivery.

  • Organized for Easy Use: Your laundry arrives within 24-48 hours of pickup, wrinkle-free and ready to wear or store.

You choose your preferred delivery time when booking, and your driver will notify you when they’re on their way, so you always know exactly when your clean laundry will arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Clean Slate Mobile Laundry’s Standard Bag Service includes the following (minimum order of $37):

    • At least one (1) 13-gallon kitchen-size bag of laundry per order

    • Garments sorted by lights and darks before washing

    • Washed in cold water on a normal cycle using your choice of detergent (Tide, Gain, or All Free & Clear)

    • Dried on a medium heat setting

    • Once dry, items are carefully folded and packaged for return delivery

    Additional bags can be added for an extra fee. These options are available as Add-Ons in the Clean Slate Mobile Laundry online service form, where you can choose Standard, Delicates, or Hang Dry options.

  • Clean Slate Mobile Laundry places the highest importance on quality and customer care.

    If an item is damaged while in our care, please photograph it and notify us within 24 hrs of delivery using our Contact Us form.

    Certain issues that are a natural part of laundering are NOT covered, such as:

    • Fading of colors

    • Shrinkage

    • Button or fastener damage

    • Fabric pilling

    We are NOT responsible for damage caused by foreign objects left in garments.

    While we take every precaution to prevent lost items, if something goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to locate it, but if the item cannot be found within 10 days, it will be considered lost. In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

    Please note that Clean Slate Mobile Laundry CANNOT be held responsible for the following lost items:

    • Socks

    • Small items left in pockets or bags, including keys, toys, cufflinks, electronic devices (AirPods, headphones, etc.), money, wallets, jewelry, watches, and credit/debit cards

  • If Clean Slate Mobile Laundry arrives to collect your order and cannot locate your laundry bags, we will try to contact you via the phone number provided on your order form.

    If Clean Slate Mobile Laundry cannot reach you within 5 minutes of attempting contact, your pickup will be canceled, and a $10 fee will be charged.

  • With Clean Slate Mobile Laundry, you don’t need to stay home waiting for us—take the time to run errands or relax with your loved ones.

    We’ll retrieve your laundry from the address you provided and follow any pickup or drop-off instructions you’ve specified.

  • Absolutely NOT! Pickup & Delivery are FREE!

    • Additional bags beyond 3 per pickup are $37 each.

  • Same-day service:

    • Same-Day Service: Returned in 12 hours or less

    • Extra fee of $15 will apply.

Bag Guidelines

  • Please DO NOT OVERSTUFF 13-gallon bag. If a 13-gallon bag exceeds 2 loads, an additional bag fee will be applied accordingly.
